Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss green beans and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and almonds, stir, and roast for another 5 minutes.
