Ingredients

- 1 lb green beans
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss green beans and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add spinach and almonds, stir, and roast for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
