Description
This is Grandma’s hamburger vegetable soup, a hearty and comforting dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can green beans (15 oz)
- 1 cup corn
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking for a few minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, green beans, corn, and beef broth.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- This soup can be frozen for later use.
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you have on hand.
