Description
A flavorful marinade for steak inspired by Gordon Ramsay’s techniques.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
- Whisk until well mixed.
- Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the steak.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
