- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the biscuit mix and milk until a dough forms.
- Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then mix well.
- Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and form a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and cheese.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
