Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in pecans and cranberries.
  8. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before serving.
