- 1 turkey (10-12 lbs)
- 2 cups gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, celery, onion, butter, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the gluten-free stuffing mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
