Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add pumpkin puree and eggs to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Serve with gluten-free whipped cream.
