A simple and delicious gluten-free dressing perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf gluten-free bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions and celery until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This dressing can be made a day in advance.
- Add dried cranberries for a sweet touch.
