- 1 cup olive oil

- 2 cups gluten free vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 2 cups gluten free stuffing mix
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix gluten free stuffing, chopped apples, and cranberries.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and surround it with chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
- Pour vegetable broth into the pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
