Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix gluten free stuffing, chopped apples, and cranberries.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and surround it with chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
  6. Pour vegetable broth into the pan.
  7. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
