Deliciously sweet and spiced gingerbread fudge perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup molasses
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Heat over low until melted, stirring constantly.
- Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, and molasses. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a week in advance.
- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or dried fruit.
