Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter and mix with cocoa powder and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Mix coconut and pecans in a bowl.
- Spread the coconut mixture over the brownies and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
