Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, parmesan cheese, garlic, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Spoon the mashed potato mixture into each muffin cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
