Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic, and parsley.
- Add milk gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
