Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat the chicken wing flats in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken wings until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning.
- Once wings are cooked, remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle the honey lemon pepper sauce over the wings.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
