- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
