  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. During the last 10 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
