- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- During the last 10 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a salad.
- You can add caramelized onions on top for extra flavor.
