Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of meatballs.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
