Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Season chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brown the chicken in the pot for about 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Add rice and chicken broth to the pot, stir to combine.
  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and transfer to the oven.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Stir in frozen peas and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
