Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken, cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and chili paste, pour over chicken and vegetables.
- Combine cornstarch and water, add to the pan to thicken sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili paste to control spice level.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
