Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken, cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce and chili paste, pour over chicken and vegetables.
  6. Combine cornstarch and water, add to the pan to thicken sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then serve hot.
