A collection of easy finger foods perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb of turkey breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix turkey, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, and green onions.
- Lay out phyllo dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the phyllo dough over the filling.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute turkey with chicken.
- Make ahead and freeze before baking.
- Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side.
