Description

A collection of easy finger foods perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb of turkey breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, and green onions.
  3. Lay out phyllo dough and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the phyllo dough over the filling.
  6. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Can substitute turkey with chicken.
  • Make ahead and freeze before baking.
  • Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side.
