- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
