Delicious cookies inspired by Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and mix.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use more hazelnuts for a nuttier flavor.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for better texture.
