- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each tilapia fillet with melted butter.
- Dip each fillet into the cheese mixture, covering both sides.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
