Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a skillet, toast pecans over medium heat until fragrant.
  6. Remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and mix in cranberries and toasted pecans.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
