- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, toast pecans over medium heat until fragrant.
- Remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and mix in cranberries and toasted pecans.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute pecans with walnuts.
- For a sweeter taste, add honey to balsamic vinegar.
- Serve warm for best flavor.
