Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- Add the milk, cream, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into custard cups or a baking dish.
- Place the cups in a baking pan and fill the pan with hot water halfway up the sides of the cups.
