A festive and moist eggnog poke cake infused with holiday flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggnog, oil, eggs, and nutmeg.
- Mix until smooth and pour into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake using a fork.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
- Cool completely, then spread whipped topping over the cake.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving.
