An easy tiramisu recipe that is simple to make and delicious.

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur.
- In another bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- Add mascarpone cheese to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture briefly.
- Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top.
- Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the second layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
- Use fresh coffee for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of coffee liqueur to your taste.
