A collection of easy Thanksgiving potluck dishes that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine celery, onions, and carrots.
- Add shredded turkey and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the turkey mixture and stir to combine.
- Add salt, pepper, walnuts, and cranberries.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute turkey with chicken.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
- Serve with crackers or on bread.
