- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of allspice
- 1 can of cream cheese frosting
- Decorative sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil.
- Add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Mix well.
- Line a cupcake pan with liners and fill each about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting.
- Add decorative sprinkles on top.
