Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with cheese and sour cream on top.
