A simple and delicious taco soup with ranch dressing.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with cheese and sour cream on top.
