Easy strawberry mango popsicles made with fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling them halfway.
  3. Puree mango in the blender until smooth.
  4. Fill the remaining space in the molds with mango puree.
  5. Add honey or agave syrup to coconut water and mix.
  6. Pour coconut water mixture over the fruit purees in the molds.
  7. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  8. Remove popsicles from molds and enjoy.

  • Adjust sweetness to your preference.
