- 4 cups fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- In a bowl, mix green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chopped carrots and corn kernels to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with dried thyme.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
