- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
- Place the browned chicken on top of the rice mixture in the baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

- Adjust seasoning based on your taste.
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in spices for a few hours before cooking.
