Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add rolled oats and mix well.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
  7. Let the cookies cool and set for about 30 minutes.
