Easy no bake chocolate oat bars are a quick and healthy treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Add melted chocolate to the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use any nut butter of your choice.
