Description

A simple and delicious Mexican-inspired dish that layers tacos and lasagna.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and add taco seasoning.
  4. Spread a layer of refried beans in a baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of noodles, followed by ground beef and salsa.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
