Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Pour it into a round baking dish.
  3. In a blender, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the caramelized sugar in the baking dish.
  5. Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with water (water bath).
  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until set.
  7. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
