- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas to make them pliable.
- Spoon chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Pour chicken broth over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Top with additional cheese if desired.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
