A simple and delicious burrito casserole that is perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the skillet.
  4. Stir in salsa and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
  6. Spread half of the beef mixture over the chips.
  7. Add half of the cheese on top.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve with sour cream on top.
