A simple and delicious Brussels sprouts casserole that anyone can make.

- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
- Drain and place the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the Brussels sprouts.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and olive oil.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
