- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Add cubed bread and melted butter to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla sauce.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
