A simple and delicious recipe for Big Mac sloppy joes with a special sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and sugar to the skillet.
- Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the special sauce.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- Assemble the sandwiches by adding the sloppy joe mixture, lettuce, cheese, and special sauce on the buns.
- Serve immediately.

- You can adjust the amount of sugar based on your preference.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger servings.
- Feel free to add pickles to the sandwich for extra flavor.
