- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil.
- Add the chicken, bell peppers, and pineapple to the bowl. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice.
