Description
A delicious chocolate bar inspired by the flavors of Dubai.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 50g milk chocolate
- 30g dried dates, chopped
- 20g pistachios, chopped
- 10g rose petals
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler.
- Stir in the chopped dates and pistachios.
- Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a chocolate mold.
- Sprinkle rose petals on top.
- Let it cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove from the mold and cut into bars.
