Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey with sofrito, garlic, onion, bell pepper, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub olive oil over the turkey and place it in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  6. Heat black beans in a saucepan.
  7. Fry plantain slices until golden brown.
  8. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash.
  9. Prepare a green salad with fresh vegetables.
  10. Slice avocado just before serving.
