A delicious Thanksgiving dinner recipe that brings the family together.

- 1 whole turkey (15 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing giblets and patting dry.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Rub butter over the turkey and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting every hour.
- While the turkey cooks, boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain potatoes and mash with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Steam green beans until tender.
- Serve turkey with sides of mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- You can use leftover turkey for sandwiches.
