Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars together.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, mix well.
  5. Stir in pumpkin puree.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  7. Fold in chopped pecans.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
