  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  6. Cool the pie before serving.
