A delicious Philly cheese steak pasta recipe perfect for family dinners.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until soft.
- Add the sliced steak and garlic, cooking until the steak is browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables like mushrooms.
- Use a different cheese if preferred.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
