Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until soft.
  4. Add the sliced steak and garlic, cooking until the steak is browned.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top and cover until melted.
