Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced onions and vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
